Founded in 2016, we've spent close to a decade helping operations and finance teams stop arguing about whose spreadsheet is right.
Our story
Solstice Analytics started as a two-person side project helping a friend's warehouse business figure out why their inventory numbers never matched their sales numbers. Nine years later we're a small, focused team that still does the same basic thing: sit with a business, find where their numbers disagree, and build something that keeps them agreeing. We stay deliberately small — every client works directly with the person who built their dashboard, not a rotating account manager.
